150 games [x]grocery shopping [x]run 1.5 miles [x]Make a grinderschool video [x]I'm doing a pretty decent job of getting up and starting my playing before noon. I have this nice iron cast tea pot where I just brew some different herbal teas and park it at my desk. Makes me run better at the tables for sure...Had a decent day yesterday. Loaded up to the 60s my last sesh and got HU in two of them finally put my month back in the normal. I need to start looking at some different options to make playing easier though. Putting in this much volume has really been causing my right wrist/arm even mid way through the day. I've increased the sensitivity on my mouse a bit and am trying to get used to that. I'll def be picking up a wrist saver type thing that I can rest my wrist on that will hopefully easy the ache. I've always disliked the the option of using a x-box controller to play, but if that is the only way I can play 40 tables w easy, I might just have to.So yesterday my friend showed me this new app for the iphone and it is absolutely amazing. What it does is takes the sounds and motion around you, then laces it with the music you are listening to. I really shouldn't try describing it, just watch the video.While on the subject, I almost forget every time how positive and motivated exercising and eating healthy makes me feel. I've ran every day this week and eaten nothing but healthy foods. No chips, no cheese, or soda.
